Ireland's National Employment Service consists of 2 strands - the Local Employment Service Network (LESN) which operates through Local Area Partnership companies and FAS, the National Training & Employment Authority. Funded by FAS, the objective of the Northside Partnership Local Employment Service Network is to act as a gateway, or access point, to the full range of opportunities which are available to enable unemployed persons, living within designated disadvantaged areas, to enter/re-enter the labour market. The services provided by the Northside Partnership Local Employment Service Network are tailored to the needs of each individual client and the local environment within which they operate.
