Traveller Research Report PDF Print E-mail

The need for the Traveller Research Report was identified by the Traveller Research Group (TRG) comprising representatives of Northside Partnership, TravAct, Priorswood Community Development Project (CDP) and the Northside Citizens Information Service.  The objective at the outset was to identify representative views on issue-related policy blockages that prevent members of the Traveller community living in the Northside Partnership catchment area from to availing of mainstream services or access to resources in the following core areas:

  • Access to Information and credit/banking
  • Education
  • Health
  • Social Welfare
  • Enterprise, training and employment

A full copy of the report outlining the key issues and recommendations is now available.
