Established in 1991, the Northside Partnership manages a diverse array of development programmes countering disadvantage and promoting equality and social and economic inclusion within North East Dublin. Northside Partnership focuses on those who are at risk of being marginalised and excluded by virtue of their age, gender, disability, addiction or education. Our philosophy is to support such groups to help themselves, whether it is preparing to enter the workforce, addressing educational needs, or providing a range of training from parenting skills to youth leadership to running a business.

Northside Partnership’s success in addressing the catchment area’s key issues has been in great part due to the support of businesses. Today we work with numerous businesses ranging from multinationals such as Tesco, Cadbury Ireland and the Hilton Hotel Dublin Airport  to local companies sme's such as Coolock Development Centre, Tri-tec Computer Support and The Computer Doctor.

Therefore, at Northside Partnership key business needs and resources constantly inform development, creating mutually beneficial programmes that target core community issues while helping businesses implement responsible practices.
