Company Structure and Board Composition
Northside Partnership is a company limited by guarantee with charitable status. It is run by a voluntary Board of Directors drawn from a number of sectors.
There are 22 members of the Board which represents a cross section of organisations who have a brief to tackle the problems of social exclusion and deprivation within the Partnership's catchment area. There are four representative sectors as follows:
