Billy Hendrick, 14, at Our Lady Immaculate Junior School, Darndale, took part in an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Preparing for Life Home Visiting programme. A member of one of the original Home Visiting families, Billy was also evaluated at ages 5 and 9. The evaluation, conducted by the Geary Institute, UCD, is one of the longest running randomised control trials in Europe. The results, will be launched at an event on Friday 20th May in Darndale.
