Feeling moody? Angry? Anxiety? Difficulty sleeping? Problems with memory? Hair thinning? Skin changes? Joints pain? Not feeling yourself? It could be Menopause or Perimenopause.

Perimenopause, the stage before a woman’s menstrual cycle stops, often goes undetected for some time. Women usually experience it during their 40s, but it can start earlier.

Dr Fiona Macken, GP, and Pharmacist and Reiki Master Nicola Shannon will lead a 3-hour Menopause Workshop on Wednesday, 22nd May.
